Travelers climb a hidden spiral stairway to discover floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, accessible via rolling ladder, lining the high walls awarding a literary haven to an extensive collection of books. The peaceful, covert nook was designed with intention for inspiring art, practicing music, and completing schoolwork.

Creating a purposeful and relaxing outdoor space was another key element of the home’s design. A beautifully functional stone fence wraps around the backside of the home defining an extensive outdoor living area and keeping the pool deck private. Two garage doors open to introduce the gym and rec room to the outdoor patio, extending workout opportunities and optimizing entertainment space. Other notable features include a cozy fire pit, generous pool, and full poolside bar.
