Golf course views were a top priority, so house orientation, window placement, and space planning were programmed with that goal in mind. The back nine of the house encompasses a spacious patio that meanders along the hillside hosting a private tee box, a refreshing swimming pool and a pool house perfect for the 19th hole. A lower-level walkout at the base of the hill opens to a rolling green space and the golf course just beyond. Additional outdoor amenities include an outdoor kitchen and bar, outdoor fireplace, covered patio and private deck.

Par for the course, the timeless exterior elements are seamlessly reflected within the interior. A dramatic two-story entry and great room offer views of the fairway when entering the foyer. Second floor bedrooms are separated by a catwalk overlooking the airy 20-foot foyer and great room ceilings. Large windows contribute to the lofty, spacious aura, while the coffered ceiling detail in the great room provides a beautiful upper limit.

Bonus rooms on the lower level provide a little something for everyone. While exercise rooms are becoming a staple amenity, the addition of an indoor sport court and sauna are a welcomed step above.
