Condo living is becoming more and more appealing, especially for those seeking less maintenance, on-site amenities, and a built-in community. Utilizing both modern and traditional architectural styles, our designers were able to create Brennan’s View, a distinguished structure with a classy personality. The two styles complement each other to achieve a singular, sleek aesthetic. Classic limestone and utility brick elements highlight the west end of the building, but travel east and your eyes will be drawn to metal accents and a contemporary modular brick pattern. Clean lines and a neutral color scheme enhance details. The unique shape of Brennan’s View was determined by the constraints of the lot. The irregular pentagonal form adds to the visual appeal and the brilliantly laid out functionality of the building.

Brennan's View offers 34 luxury condominiums with first-class amenities including a secure entry, business center, private fitness room, shared event space with rooftop deck, and reserved parking. One, two or three-bedroom units feature open concept living areas, lofty ceilings and scenic windowscaping. Brennan’s View provides personalized units by offering two interior selection packages crafted with intention by SDG’s skilled interior design team. Tenants can choose between standard and premium finishes including plank flooring, ceramic tile, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
Located on the fourth floor of Brennan’s View is a shared event space with access to an inspiring rooftop deck. An industrial style garage door raises to reveal the outdoor expanse, giving tenants the opportunity to connect with refreshing breezes and panoramic vistas.
Details
Our marketing and branding division provided multiple deliverables, including identity formation through logo design, color scheme generation, and promotional material creation. The team devised 2D floor plans, 3D rendered floor plans, marketing pieces, and a video-animated unit walkthrough. Interior wayfinding and exterior signage were also created by Spalding Design Group.
